Position:   Expert Consultant
Location:  Worldwide 

Job Description

Seeking independent incorporated CRM Consultants located throughout the US and EMEA to provide tier 3 & tier 4 (technical and/or functional) Customer Relationship Management implementation support to CRM professionals worldwide.   This is a telecommute opportunity. 

The Expert Consultant (EC) must perform the following:

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide client's with technical support in the resolution of complex CRM issues. 

  • Answer functional CRM implementation questions.

  • Assist clients in the creation of mission critical technical and/or functional deliverables.

  • Log, track and follow-up support issues 

  • Identify and document reusable solutions.

  • Provide assistance to other EC's on complex technical issues.

  • Ensure overall project success and customer satisfaction.

  • Advise clients on optimal design and use of CRM products.

  • Report account status to client and to CRMGriot management.

  • Sell additional CRMGriot.com services to new and existing clients.

  • Interact with client management and turn over leads for additional sales of CRMGriot.com services.

Job Requirements

  • CRM Programmers and Configuration Consultants: Must have 5 or more years experience implementing sales, service and/or marketing modules of Siebel, Amdocs Clarify, Oracle CRM, E.Piphany or Microsoft CRM. Must have successfully completed a minimum of 4 full life cycle CRM projects.

  • Middleware, Integration, and Telephony Consultants: Must have 3 or more years experience integrating to one of the CRM applications listed above.  Must additionally specialize in at least one CRMGriot.com competency.

  • CRM Application Functional Consultants: Must have 5 or more years experience implementing sales, service and/or marketing modules of Siebel, Amdocs Clarify, Oracle CRM, E.Piphany or Microsoft CRM. Must have successfully completed a minimum of 4 full life cycle CRM projects.

  • General CRM Functional Consultants: Must have 3 or more years experience in at least one CRMGriot.com functional competency.

Additional Requirements

  • Understanding of technical architectures; including RDBMS, client-server, package systems implementation, mobile computing, thin client architecture, internet technologies, sales, service and marketing business processes and call centers. Prior CRM, ERP, Consulting experiences a MUST!

  • Must be an independent CRM consultant. 

  • CRM application certification preferred, but not required.

  • Bilingual or multilingual consultants preferred, but not required.  

  • May live anywhere in the world, but must speak, read and write proficient US English at least as a second language. Calls are routed based on language preferences.
